Job Description

Description : Provide non-medical services to older and disabled adults. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Supervisor in compliance with the Plan of service.

Primary Duties :

Assist with Toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulatory, exercises feeding, and light housekeeping, Med reminder, Transportation, cognitive activities, proficient in using Hoyer lift and gait belt as needed.

Abides by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC Guidelines.

Abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual.
