American Metals Corporation, a premier distributor in metal products, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations and foster growth in our local distribution center. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving our company's mission to deliver high-quality metal products, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, to the construction and manufacturing industries. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, enhancing customer engagement, and leading your team to exceed performance targets. Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency. Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales associates and administrative personnel. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory management and handle procurement of metal products. Prepare and manage the branch budget, financial statements, and performance analytics. Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues as they arise.
