Whether you have decades of experience or are new to the business and eager to build fast, we provide the structure, systems, and support to help you thrive in a high-volume environment. Our agents consistently close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 60 days on the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound lead opportunities
  • Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and listing appointments
  • Guide clients through the offer, negotiation, and closing process
  • Maintain accurate lead and transaction activity within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team leadership and peers to continuously improve performance

    • Requirements

  • Active California Real Estate License
  • Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with online leads or a desire to master lead conversion systems
