AI Architect New Resources Consulting

Summary : New Resources Consulting is looking for a hands-on AI Architect to join our growing AI Practice. This client-facing role works directly with business leaders and technical teams to understand challenges and design practical AI solutions. Youll partner with our AI Practice Director to build and launch AI projects, using cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure to move ideas from planning to production.

Were looking for someone with strong software development skills and a solid understanding of machine learning. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, turning business problems into technical solutions, and staying hands-on throughout both the design and deployment of AI systems.

This role is primarily remote but will require occasional on-site visits in the Greater Milwaukee area, about 1-2 times per quarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience architecting AI solutions, including planning system design and deployment strategies.
• Proven client-facing experience, including engaging directly with stakeholders and C-suite executives to understand business needs and define AI strategies.
• Must be hands-on in software development, with experience building scalable applications and integrating AI into production systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and / or C#
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning and AI solutions into production, specifically using Azure cloud platforms.
• Expertise with Azure AI services , including :
• Azure Cognitive Search
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with MLOps, version control systems like Azure DevOps and GitHub, and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as LangChain, SciKit-Learn, and Weights & Biases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
