Advanced Practice Provider - Urgent Care Clinics

Shift Details : 32 hours per week, two 12 hour shifts and one 9 hour shift with home location in Fishers, but flexibility to travel to our other Urgent Care Clinic sites as outlined below. Schedule options could include :

• Wednesdays through Fridays : Two 9 hour shifts and one 12 hour shift

OR

For the weekday shifts, the primary locations will be at our Fishers, Greenwood, Northwest Indianapolis, Brownsburg, and / or Westfield Urgent Care Clinic locations. Weekend shifts could be at our Northwest Indy and Greenwood locations, which are open Saturdays and Sundays, 9 am - 3 pm and Fishers, which is open on Saturdays from 9 am - 3 pm.

General Statement of Duties :

The Advanced Practice Provider assess patients using skills and knowledge to identify orthopaedic related problems. This position provides patient access to orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care on a non-appointment basis functioning as a member of the Urgent Care Department.
