Principal Security Engineer

Seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Applications & Database Security Operations Engineer to join our internal Security Operations team. This role focuses on the end-to-end security lifecycle of internal IT applications and databases including full SDLC through deployment and ongoing management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in secure coding practices database management identity and access management (IAM) and security monitoring.

You will help ensure our internal Applications and Databases are secure compliant and optimized to meet our organizational needs. This position requires proficiency in programming (PL / SQL Java Python) a solid understanding of IAM frameworks and experience working with security tools to help detect mitigate and respond to security incidents across the full application and database lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience :

3-5 years of experience in IT application security database security or security operations.

Strong understanding of secure application development principles and secure coding practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $96800 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
