Join our team as a senior food service leader overseeing comprehensive dining operations at a prestigious 609-bed academic teaching hospital. This pivotal role combines operational excellence with strategic leadership, directly impacting patient experience, staff satisfaction, and organizational success. You'll lead a dynamic team delivering retail, patient meal, and catering services while driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for all food service divisions including retail, patient meals, and catering
• Achieve financial targets and manage P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar operations
• Lead, develop, and mentor management teams in a unionized environment
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and serve as primary site representative
• Ensure HACCP compliance and regulatory standards across all operations
• Develop strategic plans for service enhancement and business growth
• Oversee special functions, cash control, and payroll management
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain positive public relations
