Job Title : Emergency Medicine Physician

Location : Whiteriver Indian Hospital, Whiteriver, AZ

Schedule : 12 hours shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Duration : Base + Four (4) One-Year Option Periods

Contract Type : 1099 or W-2

Facility : Indian Health Service Whiteriver Service Unit

Qualifications :

• Completed Emergency Medicine residency (board certified / eligible)
• OR Family / Internal Medicine residency with 1.5+ years of ED experience
• Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or territory
• Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
