Location :  Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary Range :  $110,000 - $150,000 annually, plus bonus, full benefits, and signing bonus

Job Overview :  The Director of Nursing for the Med / Surg Unit will be responsible for the 24-hour management of the assigned unit, ensuring that patient care meets the standard of care. This leadership role requires a dedicated individual with a strong clinical background and management experience to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the Med / Surg unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care and safety.
• Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and providing continuous professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.
• Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure the unit’s financial health.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning.
