Job description

A company is looking for an Art Producer - Freelance Contractor (US).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track the delivery process of assets from external vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate schedules and task assignments across multiple art teams
  • Facilitate clear communication and feedback between internal artists and vendors

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in art production, project coordination, or production management in a game development environment
  • Experience managing multiple asset pipelines and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with project tracking and management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence)
  • Must reside in the United States and be available to work West Coast (PST) hours
