Join a well-established, physician-owned group in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. This is a full-time General Anesthesia position with a strong lifestyle component and excellent earning potential.

Key Details :

Main sites : Bethlehem (Level 1 trauma) & Easton (L&D, 3000+ deliveries / year)

15 hospitals, 3 ASCs; ~80% of time at main sites

Additional time at smaller community hospitals

Call : 1 in 8 (home call), 4 weekdays + 6 - 7 weekends / year

Voluntary extra calls = $70K - 80K+Compensation & Benefits :

Total compensation : ~$600K+, with additional earning potential

2-year partnership track with equal-share model ($2,500 buy-in)
