About the Role :

As an LPN, you will support registered nurses and physicians by delivering essential care to patients, monitoring their health status, and ensuring their well-being. Your role will be crucial in helping patients navigate their treatment plans and self-care after discharge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in patient assessments and monitor their well-being.
• Administer medications and observe for any adverse reactions.
• Perform laboratory tests and provide therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, self-care, and available resources.
• Document patient encounters accurately with proper diagnoses and instructions.
• Transcribe orders and ensure effective communication among the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe and alert working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
