As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our account management team to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Project Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Timeline Management : Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with creative, media, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Problem Resolution : Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of projects.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute valuable insights.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience :

  • Previous experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is advantageous.
