Key Responsibilities : - Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures used in residential framing- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials according to specifications- Follow safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition- Assist in site preparation and cleanup Qualifications : - Prior experience in residential carpentry or framing is preferred- Willingness to learn Elite's construction methods and best practices- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude- No specific licenses required Benefits : - Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle- Referral Bonus Program- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance- Life and Disability Insurance Options- Basic Life- Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days)- Training and Certifications- Safety and technical training- Manufacturer training- OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, etc. Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible with time off) Work Location : Primarily in the field - residential construction sites (Location-specific details can be added as needed) Equal Employment Opportunity : Elite Contractors LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
