We are seeking a board-certified Interventional Radiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan, starting Jan 1, 2026. This role offers day shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with every third weekend and weekday on call. The assignment involves a variety of interventional radiology procedures in a dynamic clinical setting. Job Details Location : Michigan Start Date : Jan 1, 2026 LOA : 60 days Provider Type Needed : Interventional Radiologist Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.; on call every third weekday and weekend Responsibilities and Duties Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) Manage additional procedures involving orthopedics, gynecology, and urology as required Provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic care consistent with best practices Participate in weekend and weekday call rotations as specified Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory requirements Additional Information Board certification in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology required Active Michigan medical license required BLS and ACLS certifications required Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred Only local providers will be considered (mileage reimbursement only) Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
