Office Print Strategy, Senior Director

The Office Print Strategy leader will leverage prior experience in management consulting / corporate / business strategy to influence the strategic direction for the Office Print Solutions (OPS) business. They will apply strategic problem-solving skills and deliver data-driven insights to improve business performance in the medium- to long-term, identify growth opportunities in current and adjacent market segments, and develop new business models that maximize enterprise value. The Office Print Strategy leader will play a critical role in enabling the OPS business transition to a higher mix of software- and services-led offerings.
The Office Print Strategy leader will be an integral member of the extended OPS business leadership team, reporting dotted line into the OPS Division President and working closely with his direct reports. The Strategy leader will collaborate with and influence senior executives to build consensus and secure commitment for priority initiatives. They will work with the various business and finance teams to translate initiatives into financial and execution plans.
A successful leader in this role must drive for results with integrity, seek customer-focused solutions, and bring a balance to long- and short-term priorities. The person must be able to work in a collaborative environment; be a self-starter and feel comfortable in an ambiguous, constantly evolving, fast-moving environment of shared accountability.
