Practice Setting :

• Located at 300 4 th Ave in Danville in our newly remodeled Danville Clinic
• Approximate breakdown of responsibility, 80% Clinic 20% surgery Could vary depending of surgery cases
• Hours : Approximately 8-5
• No call is required
• Specialty Backups available Cardiology, Pulmonary, GYN, daily 8-5 Patient Volume is currently 10 per day with hopes of growing to 15-20 in clinic and 4-5 cases per week
• Potentially at some time APP Supervision could be required
