Business Development Manager U.S. Air Force & Space Force

ALL.SPACE has developed a smart terminal, capable of linking with all satellites, all networks, in all orbits, all at once. Our ground-breaking software-defined service enablement platform integrates intelligent routing, edge computing and on-demand services to deliver unprecedented network resilience and application performance. Our terminal designs operate as fully electronic beam steering systems. Our IP has applications across a wide range of market sectors including aeronautical, land mobile, maritime, and 5G. It provides broadband, multi-beam, two-way communications with dynamic tracking of geostationary and non-geostationary satellites or terrestrial nodes.

ALL.SPACE is seeking a driven and strategically minded Business Development Manager U.S. Air Force & Space Force to lead growth initiatives within the Department of the Air Force, including U.S. Space Force (USSF), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and associated defense and intelligence programs.

This role will expand ALL.SPACE's footprint in the U.S. defense communications ecosystem by identifying, capturing and managing opportunities aligned with the modernization of satellite communications, resilient networking and space-domain awareness.

The successful candidate will leverage their understanding of U.S. Air Force and Space Force acquisition frameworks, decision cycles, and mission priorities to position ALL.SPACE's multi-orbit, intelligent SATCOM solutions as critical enablers of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), space resiliency and global mission assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales and pipeline growth targets for Air Force and Space Force accounts, focusing on programs supporting JADC2, ABMS and space-domain resilience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with ALL.SPACE's U.S. Government growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities through proactive engagement, relationship management and strategic capture planning.
  • Lead end-to-end opportunity managementfrom early shaping through proposal and contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted relationships with Air Force and Space Force acquisition executives, program managers and capability leads.
  • Serve as the primary interface between ALL.SPACE and DoD stakeholders, articulating the company's differentiated technology value proposition.
  • Represent ALL.SPACE at key industry events, government forums and defense innovation engagements.
  • Build alliances with defense primes, system integrators and technology partners to strengthen market reach.
  • Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Translate customer mission needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
  • Lead internal strategy and capture sessions to align corporate resources with high-value pursuits.

  • Shape and influence opportunities from early engagement through RFI, RFP and final submission.
  • Apply deep knowledge of DoD and Air Force acquisition pathways (e.g., SBIR, OTA, IDIQ, and GSA schedules).
  • Contribute to proposal development, pricing strategies and competitive positioning to maximize win probability.
  • Responsibilities

  • Track DoD and Air Force policy developments, funding priorities and program budgets related to SATCOM, JADC2, and space operations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and competitive insights in CRM systems.
  • Deliver timely and data-driven reports to leadership on account health, risks and opportunities.
