Job descriptionSubstitute Teacher (HS Diploma / Equivalent or Associates) : $75 / day Substitute Teacher (Bachelors / Masters / ED. Specialist / Doctorate) : $100 / day Substitute Paraprofessional : $9 / hour Substitute Custodian : $10 / hour Substitute Food Service : $10 / hour Ability to build a flexible work schedule that works for you Ability to select your preferred school locations Weekly pay Paid orientation on district policies and procedures Free online classroom management training to help you become a capable, confident classroom leader Free ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act healthcare coverage, for eligible employees Group insurance options Offered and administered by 3rd party. Responsibilities : Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported. Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions. Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educator, guest teacher, or relief teacher. Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported. Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions. Substitute aides may also be referred to as paraprofessionals, education technicians, teacher’s aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant or education assistant. Assume duties of the district custodian in accordance with school district rules, and Kelly policies Comply with school Safety Manual Rules and Regulations and OSHA requirements

Minimum requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 for Elementary and Middle school roles
- Must be at least 21 for High School roles
- Must be able to pass a background check.
