Responsibilities :
Greets and assists our customers with all aspects of the sales transaction.Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.Performs other related tasks as needed.Qualifications :
2 year previous customer service experienceRetail sales experience a plusBasic Microsoft Office computer skillsAbility work Saturdays, rotatesH.S. Diploma / GEDHave a genuine excitement to help customersAbility to lift up to 30lbs.Must pass felony background checkPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMore about this job :
Day Shift. Monday - Friday, including some Saturday's
Pay : $18 an hour
