We're Looking For A : Quality Associate I
Location : Memphis, TN
Shift : 7am - 3 : 30pm
What You'll Be Doing :
- Visually inspects incoming product, labels, and packaging to ensure all meet specifications per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements
- Reviews product Certificate of Analysis (COA) against internal specifications to ensure full product compliance
- Verifies all packing lists, Bill of Lading (BOL) and other documentation relating to incoming product is correct and acceptable
- Conducts material review disposition via inspection checklists and within online inventory management system
- Maintains COAs and inspection checklists within database so it may be accessed and reviewed by team
- Prepares information for use in metric reports to communicate outcomes of Quality activities
- Reviews labeling operations batch records and conducts AQL sampling during labeling operations
- Sends out samples to third party labs and assesses results against internal product specifications
- Manages retention of retain samples physically and systematically
- Identifies deviations from standard operating procedures or areas for improvement
- Trains new hires for Quality Assurance Inspector and / or Sr. Quality Assurance Inspector role
- Assures ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science, related field, or 2-3 years of related experienceHigh Jump (ERP System) experience (preferred)NetSuite experience (preferred)Golden Perks & Benefits :
