Software Project Manager Team Lead (Jacksonville)

Kavaliro is seeking anexperienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Project Management (PM) Team Lead for our local Jacksonville client. This position plays a key part in guiding the PM organization, ensuring high performance, and delivering complex new product development projects on schedule and within budget. Reporting directly to the VP, the PM Team Lead acts as the central link between leadership, customers, and cross-functional teamsdriving project excellence, mentoring PMs, and maintaining strong client and technical alignment.

What Youll Do 1. Lead & Develop the PM Team

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and direction to Project Managers, ensuring consistent use of the client's project management standards and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and standardization across the team, introducing process improvements to strengthen delivery performance.
• Champion new product development methodologies in partnership with engineering leadership, helping to embed best practices throughout the organization.
