The Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting home visits and admissions for patients in their home environment as part of a supportive home care team. This role offers flexibility, independence, and a generous pay structure, providing essential nursing care while ensuring patients' needs are met in a comfortable setting. Candidates must be a licensed RN with experience in home care and be prepared for travel within the service area.

Admissions (Start of Care / SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing admissions and / or visits for our Home Care team. Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home setting.

Hours : Full-time - Days | Friday - Monday. Work 32 hours per week, but get paid for 40!

Pay and Benefits :

• Annual Salary Range : $76,960 - $89,440
