WHAT YOU'LL DO
DAILY OPERATIONS
Lead by example in all areas including punctuality, appearance and work qualityParticipates in pre-shift meetings alongside event managers to review the event's briefing and timingLead bar set-up to ensure it is executed in a timely mannerReview BEOs daily, weeklyCheck proper amount of bar products and glassware are pulled per eventDemonstrate signature cocktail(s) preparation to bartenders when requiredOversee non-alcoholic beverage stations throughout the eventTake direction from Bar Manager and DirectorsCreates a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests while anticipating their needsIdentifies opportunities and ensures that guests' expectations are metDemonstrate expert knowledge of specialty and classic and signature cocktails (ingredients, specs, build), wine, beer, and beverage offeringsMaintains fluency in all menu items and ingredients with the ability to suggest beverage pairingsMonitors proper steps of service with the team throughout each eventMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the dining areaCan communicate effectively with staff members, management, and the culinary team during serviceAble to assist event managers with dinner service in a fine dining atmosphereActively look for ways to help team membersAdditional responsibilities as assigned from time to time by managementUphold high standards and positive attitude to ensure the best experienceFINANCIAL IMPACT

Must have five years of bartending experience, knowledge of techniques and equipment for serving, storing, and handling food and beverage productsLeadership experienced recommendedEfficient in describing and serving different types of liquor, cocktails, beer, and winePreferred TIPS Certification or can pass TIPS Class to become certified
