About the Position

The Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role overseeing commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven ability to manage complex construction projects, build client relationships, and mentor project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated success managing projects from $10M+

in value preferred.

Proficiency with project management software

such as MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
