Fabrication Technicians Needed in Aurora!

Now Hiring : Tent Fabrication Technicians – Aurora, CO

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (occasional overtime)

Pay Range : $23.00–$31.00 / hr (based on experience)

About the Role

As a Tent Fabrication Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—cutting, prepping, and assembling high-performance tent components. From fiberglass poles to vinyl panels, your craftsmanship ensures the durability and reliability of every product we deliver.

What You Bring

• Experience in production, construction, general labor, or textiles
• Bonus : Textile or sewing experience
• Comfortable using hand tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery
• Detail-focused with a strong commitment to safety
• For advanced roles : Experience with SolidWorks, DXF nesting, and ERP / MRP systems

Level 2 – Technician

Level 3 – High-Level Technician

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
