District Manager | Santa Rosa, CA Company : The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations : Santa Rosa, CA Additional Locations : NA Work Site : On Site Req ID : Position OverviewResponsible for the growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, support, direction, and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market served by performing the following duties.CompensationSalary ranging from $120,000-150,000 salary, plus monthly earned commissions.Job DutiesWhat You'll Do :

Manage workforce of 17-25 people, fostering a safe work environment, promoting quality tree care, and creating an upward mobility for your team.

Provide customers with estimates based on defendable recommendations. Develop and update annual plant health care programs.

Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff.

As District Manager you sell work, educate and hold people accountable. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For :

Required : ISA Certified Arborist®

Required : Five years of related industry experience

Required : Valid driver's license

Required : 2 years management experience Regional plant and horticulture knowledge

Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized

Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry approved tree care practices

Understands budgets, equipment management, regulatory compliance, sales process, and customer service Preferred : Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
