Mortgage Collections Counselor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections-Remote (Temp to Hire) position.

Key Responsibilities

Contact borrowers to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts through various communication methods

Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate records of borrower interactions

Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with internal departments for seamless servicing

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, collections, or call center environment

General knowledge of mortgage loan products and regulatory requirements

Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
