Short Description
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Trauma
Key Responsibilities :
Skills : Strong clinical judgment critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
Experience Required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trauma emergency medicine surgery or critical care settings preferred. Experience in performing advanced procedures in the ICU or trauma unit is highly desirable.
Education Requirements
Masters Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
License / Certification Requirements
New Jersey RN APN or PA license;APN or PA board certified
American Heart Association BLS certification
Special Requirements
Schedule - Hours / Days : Per Diem; Night Shift
