Job Summary
As a Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities while providing top-tier patient care. Under general supervision in an outpatient clinical setting, you will perform a variety of tasks, including initial patient triage, assisting medical providers, and executing routine medical procedures according to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for patients and their families.
- Conduct initial patient triage and obtain patient histories.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, minimizing wait times and coordinating with providers.
- Assist providers with direct patient care and routine medical procedures.
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Communicate patient results and follow up as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring exam rooms are fully stocked.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and infection control protocols.

EKGs
Ear lavageSterile dressing changesNebulizer treatmentsSuture removalAdministering immunizations and therapeutic injectionsComplete additional duties as assigned.Requirements : Qualifications
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.Medical Assistant certification preferred, or equivalent clinical training.Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).Knowledge of business office procedures and experience in a healthcare setting.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and problem-solve effectively.Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with providers, patients, and colleagues.Working conditions
