A company is looking for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Coordinator. Key Responsibilities : Conduct behavioral health assessments and coordinate patient care plans Provide case management and utilization management services Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records Qualifications : Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health Active, unrestricted NJ license (RN, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Experience in managed care or health insurance preferred Knowledge of case / care management and utilization management principles
