Solace Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care that

honors dignity, comfort, and family support.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Medical Services to oversee our

clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead our nursing and provider teams with

excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for DesireMD and / or Solace Hospice.
• Supervise and guide all medical and nursing staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and patient care standards.
• Coordinate with hospital discharge planners, providers, and wellness teams.
• Oversee care planning, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations (DOH, CMS,

HIPAA).
