Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with at least 2 years of experience and a completed travel contract, working in a setting utilizing Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

  • Position requires work during winter holidays, specifically 2 out of 3 major holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
  • Limit of 1 day off request allowed between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers
  • Work environment uses Epic EMR
  • Duties include performing diagnostic ultrasound exams as scheduled
  • Candidates must be prepared for same-day interviews
  • Copies of all active certifications must be provided for consideration
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work is required
  • Must adhere to holiday coverage and RTO rules as specified

    • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Sonographer
  • Completion of at least 1 previous travel contract is required
  • Active state license and certifications required at the time of consideration (license required if applicable)
  • One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the last 2 years
