Position overview

As a Field Application Engineer at Lauterbach Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our customer base in the Western region of the United States. Your responsibilities will include :

• Technical contact person for our customers
• Supporting our customers during the commissioning of our products
• Interface between customers and our development department
• Technical support for our sales department and technical marketing
• Conducting technical training courses and customer seminars and preparing the necessary documentation
