A company is looking for a Plan Sponsor Compliance Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage a team and processes for assigned client service areas Oversee customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution of complex issues Develop metrics and analyze service performance for management review Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Client Services relevant to the role 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and nondiscrimination testing ASPPA QKA certification preferred
