We Are Hiring : LSW / LPC (Dependently Licensed) & LISW / LPCC (Independently Licensed)What Youll Do

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment plans

Provide individual and family therapy in-home, in-office, in the community, or virtually

Offer crisis intervention and timely client support

Evaluate treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate with families, team members, and community partners

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all interactions

What Were Looking For

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling

Licensure : LSW / LISW or LPC / LPCC (required)

Experience : Mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and resource coordination experience preferred

Skills : Strong communication, rapport-building, and knowledge of community resources

Professionalism : Ethical decision-making, quality clinical care, and strong documentation practices

Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with clients, families, team members, and external partners
