Position : Nonpublic Title I Tutor

Hours : 14 or fewer hours per week

Dates : 2025-2026 School Year

Location : St. Josephs - Non Public

Salary : 30.00 / hr

Qualifications :

• Valid Minnesota elementary teaching license
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students parents staff administration and the general public;
• Knowledgeableregarding

relevant learning technology and proficientin its use;

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
• Skilled in collaborating with classroom teachers and administration;
• Organized - documentation paperwork compliance activities;
• Experience and proficiencyin the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning;
• Ability to use the Resource Model andsmall group support as needed;
• Intercultural competence including the ability to effectively teach students from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds;
• Ability to travel to a non-public school (or schools) within the ISD 197 boundary

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience tutoring students in a non-public elementary school setting

Responsibilities :

• Provide in-personinstruction to individuals or small groups on student contact days at non-public elementary schools.

Progress monitoring to guide instruction

• Documentation for Title I compliance
• Support St. Josephs school
• Communicate with District 197 Title I staff and non-public staff (principal teachers) about student progress.
