Job Summary : The candidate will lead and provide technical reports for all Fenestration Field Testing efforts while complying with all industry testing standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor assistant technicians with all testing.
• Assist with the proper setup and removal of all testing equipment.
• Always establish and maintain a safe working environment.
• Must use power and hand tools to construct items needed in the testing process.
• Provide excellent customer service and detailed technical reports for each testing procedure.
• Travel is a requirement. Often work at local sites is conducted requiring minimal travel. At times employees are required to travel over short periods of time. The company incurs the Per diem cost for lodging, food, and transportation costs during that time.

Compensation & Benefits : The expected base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including :
