Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary :

Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, the Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for  the supervision of all the activities related to the fulfillment process. These duties include but are not limited to product fabrication, order preparation, order collation and packaging, and shipment processing and manifesting. This individual will also be responsible for workflow management, staffing, all administrative staff management issues as well as department budgetary tracking and development .

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Continued development and management of cohesive workflow process
• Attend daily Production Meetings
• Ensure correct work is flowing through department in an accurate, efficient and timely fashion
• Communication of production schedule priorities within the department
• Prioritize, facilitate & expedite all production activities ensuring they are consistent with customer needs (due dates)
• Ensure accuracy & completeness of reporting tools
• Establish (in conjunction with VP of Operations) and analyze effectiveness of production metrics
• Monitor collection methods, accuracy and reporting frequency for all metrics and data for improvement
• Accurate & timely collection and analysis of data used to measure process improvement and workflow management against established department metrics (Daily, weekly, monthly and annually)
