Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 9401 W. Thunderbird Rd, Suite 190, Peoria, AZ 85381

Incentives : $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday- Friday

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment
