$17 - $30 per hour DOE

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure everything is in optimal condition.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, to keep properties running smoothly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and owners, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Collaborate with the team on remodeling projects, bringing your expertise to enhance property value and aesthetics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in all operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, prioritizing the well-being of all occupants.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for any task at hand.
