OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Rehabilitation Services (CASUAL) - Ada, MN

Job Description :

This position provides therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician.

Licensure / Certification Qualifications :

Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist.

Ada, MN : Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.

The OT in this position will provide services for both inpatient and outpatient populations at our hospital and contracted nursing homes in Ada, Minnesota.
