Description :
Achieves maximum availability of the network through effective design, installation and maintenance of the communications equipment throughout the enterprise. Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures and the ability to design and deploy complex network solutions. Assists in the development of project plans. Provides network analysis and technical services for internal and external clients. Perform as a project technical lead for large projects. Assist on project budget preparations. Recommend, specify & implement technology solutions along with participation as a team member in project implementations. Compilation and analysis of statistical data into reports for capacity planning and / or problem avoidance. Ability to design the LAN / WAN based on complex and secured network standards and methodologies. Ability to perform advanced network management functions. Provides analytical support as needed to assist in resolving network specific problems : workstation, hardware, software, network response time problems. Ability to provide advanced network administrative functions and application support. Provide support and mentoring for the lower tier Network Engineers. Adherence to BHSF IT methodologies and standards (i.e. : project methodology & technology standards). Estimated pay range for this position is $108,816 -$141,460 annually depending on experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field and 5 years of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Hands on experience with Windows / Mac OS environments.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. xklufbp
