Neurologist (BH 612)

Position Title : Full-Time Neurologist

Location : Ashtabula, OH

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Neurologist to join our growing outpatient-focused practice in Ashtabula, OH . This position offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing you to choose between 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week. You will work alongside a dedicated full-time Neurohospitalist who handles inpatient care and takes call, which means your call responsibilities will be shared, amounting to just two times per week . This position is primarily outpatient-focused , with a patient volume of around 13-15 patients per day , treating conditions such as migraine management and enhancing the quality of life for patients recovering from stroke.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for neurological conditions, focusing on migraine management and improving stroke recovery outcomes.
• Manage a steady patient load of 13-15 patients per day , offering tailored treatment plans to enhance patients' quality of life.
• Share a call schedule with the full-time Neurohospitalist , resulting in call duties two times a week , with a total of 10 or fewer call days per month .
• No inpatient stroke rehab unit , but you will work closely with patients in the outpatient setting to assist with stroke recovery.
• Potential opportunity to onboard APP (Advanced Practice Provider) support in the future, expanding clinical capacity and improving workflow.
