Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : 8H Days, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred, but will train

License : Not required for submission

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have : BLS certification

Job Description :

• Treat an average of 8 patients per day.
• Work primarily with outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients.
• Cover areas including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled care.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapy Manager / Supervisor.
• Dress in casual professional attire as per the dress code.
• Attend department-specific orientation sessions.
• Utilize the Matrix charting system for documentation.
• No weekend or holiday shifts required.
• Cancellation policy allows 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks).
