    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel strategies that drive client growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and commercial aspects of demand generation, ensuring that campaigns and ABM programs effectively influence the sales pipeline and enhance client relationships. This role involves leading the execution of various marketing channels, optimizing performance, and scaling ABM playbooks. The VP will also be a key partner to practice marketing directors, business development teams, and firmwide leadership, aligning marketing programs with practice strategies and client development goals.

    Applicants for the Vice President of Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in advertising or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in B2B or professional services marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is required, along with a deep knowledge of marketing tech stacks and the latest digital marketing technologies. The role demands a proven track record in managing a team, designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, and working across diverse stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent operational, writing, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and the ability to measure and report on marketing performance are also essential. The VP will be expected to champion operational excellence, scalability, and agility, and to foster a culture of innovation and growth within the marketing team.
