Travel RN – NeuroSpine Med-Surg / Telemetry – Fort Wayne, IN

13-week travel assignment caring for patients with higher acuity Neuro / Spine and Telemetry needs.

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : 7P–7A, every other weekend and holidays required

Guaranteed Hours : 72 or 96 bi-weekly

Requirements :

2+ years Med-Surg / Telemetry experience

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Expertise in Neuro assessments, critical thinking, drain management, post-surgical care, chest tube and groin site management post-IR

Floating required

EMR : Cerner

Scope of Role :

Care for patients with stroke, seizures, post-op Neuro / spinal surgeries, level 2 trauma, level 1 trauma post-ICU care, DKA, renal failure, and general post-op care.

Unit Details : Beds : 24

Patient Ratio : 1 : 5–1 : 6
