What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the automotive facility.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, fires, or property damage, during patrols throughout the automotive environment.

Collaborate with site management and / or law enforcement as directed in response to incidents on the property.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
