Job descriptionInstall, configure, and upgrade hardware / software (desktops, laptops, peripherals, ATMs, vending machines, etc.). Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows / UNIX systems, networks (wired / wireless), and virtual desktop environments. Perform preventative maintenance and optimize equipment performance. Travel to client sites (90%+ field-based) to provide on-site support, repairs, and user training. Test and deploy hard drive images and new technology. Document repairs and maintain accurate service records. Be on call for urgent technical support and deliveries. Why Join Hunter Wave? Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networks. Ability to lift / move heavy equipment (e.g., kiosks, devices). Valid driver’s license , reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel daily. Exceptional communication and time-management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)? A plus! Bilingual (Spanish / English)? Even better! Initial training will be conducted at our office, with occasional office visits required. We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware / software for small business clients across our service area around the city and surrounding suburbs (150-mile radius).
