Addus is searching for a Service Coordinator to join our team.POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. We will train the right candidate.Hours : Full Time : Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.Location : Ambercare 1747 N Grand Avenue Las Vegas, NM 87701At Ambercare / Addus we offer our team the best : Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsContinued EducationMileage reimbursedMonthly BonusDaily PayPTO PlanRetirement PlanningLife InsuranceEmployee discountsEssential Duties : Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.Provide Client Care.
